01How quickly will you reply?

Within 24 hours on working days. WhatsApp is the fastest route for a quick question; the form is best when you have a brief, a date or a budget range to share, because it reaches the right team with everything attached.

02What should I include in a first message?

The service you need, the city, the date or deadline, and a rough scale — number of guests, shoot days, stand size, or campaign length. A budget range, even a wide one, lets us propose the right approach first time rather than guessing at it.

03How do you quote?

Per project, against a written scope, after a short brief. There is no public rate card because a single-camera interview and a multi-day brand film — or a 9 m² modular stand and a two-storey custom build — are different orders of magnitude. Travel outside the Eastern Province is shown as its own line.

04Do you work in Arabic and English?

Both. Briefs, proposals, scripts, on-screen text and social content are produced in either language or bilingually, and account teams work in whichever the client prefers.

05Where are you, and where do you work?

Our office is on Prince Mohammed Street in Dammam. The Eastern Province — Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and Jubail — is home ground; Riyadh, Jeddah and Bahrain are regular destinations for our crews. Visits to the office are welcome by appointment.
