Common questions
{04}Do you handle GEA permits and event licensing?
Yes. Our PRO services cover General Entertainment Authority permits and the other approvals a public or commercial event in Saudi Arabia needs, including exhibition permits and venue-side requirements. We start the paperwork early, because permit timelines — not production — are what most often move an event date.
What does an event management company cost in Saudi Arabia?
The honest answer is that it scales with guest numbers, venue, production values and how much of the build is custom. A 60-person corporate evening in Khobar and a 1,000-delegate conference in Riyadh are not comparable. We work backwards from your budget to a scope you can actually approve, itemised rather than a single number.
Do you supply AV, lighting, LED and furniture?
Yes — staging, sound, lighting, LED screens, rental furniture and décor come through us, coordinated as one production rather than five suppliers pointing at each other on site. Our own team runs the on-site management, registration and reception support on the day.
Can you cover the event on camera as well as run it?
That is one of the reasons clients consolidate with us. The photography and video crew is in-house, briefed in the same production meetings, so they know where the moments will happen. You leave with the recap film, the stills and the social cuts from the same team that built the room.
