We start the paperwork early, because permit timelines — not production — are what most often move an event date.

What does an event management company cost in Saudi Arabia?

The honest answer is that it scales with guest numbers, venue, production values and how much of the build is custom. A 60-person corporate evening in Khobar and a 1,000-delegate conference in Riyadh are not comparable. We work backwards from your budget to a scope you can actually approve, itemised rather than a single number.

Do you supply AV, lighting, LED and furniture?

Yes — staging, sound, lighting, LED screens, rental furniture and décor come through us, coordinated as one production rather than five suppliers pointing at each other on site. Our own team runs the on-site management, registration and reception support on the day.

Can you cover the event on camera as well as run it?

That is one of the reasons clients consolidate with us. The photography and video crew is in-house, briefed in the same production meetings, so they know where the moments will happen. You leave with the recap film, the stills and the social cuts from the same team that built the room.

How far in advance should we brief you for a corporate event?

Accepted Answer

Six to eight weeks for a conference, launch or anything that needs a GEA or venue permit; three to four weeks for a smaller corporate evening. The permit calendar, not the production, sets the pace — and peak periods (Riyadh Season, the autumn exhibition run, the weeks before Ramadan) fill venues early, so a date held sooner is a date you actually get.

Can you run events with women-only or family sections?

Yes. Many Saudi corporate, government and public events need a family section or a fully separate women's programme, and it changes the floor plan, the entrances, the registration desk and who is on the crew. We plan the layout and the flow, staff registration, ushering and photography to match — including female crew where the section requires it — and schedule the run-of-show around prayer times.

Do you deliver events in Arabic and English?

Both, and usually at once. Bilingual MCs, simultaneous interpretation for keynotes and panels, RTL-correct signage and screen content, bilingual registration and badges, and a photo and film team briefed in both languages. Government and semi-government audiences expect Arabic-first; multinational delegations expect English; a well-run Saudi event serves both without either noticing.

The events and entertainment sector is governed by the General Entertainment Authority, whose licensing we hold; our crews and suppliers are Saudi-based, which matters for local-content requirements in government and semi-government procurement; and the work itself — launches, conferences, activations for entities delivering Vision 2030 programmes — is reported against the outcomes those programmes measure: attendance, reach, engagement and coverage.
