Common questions
{04}What is included in monthly social media management?
A content strategy, a monthly calendar approved before the month starts, the posts, reels and stories themselves in Arabic and English, community management on comments and direct messages, and a monthly report on reach, engagement and what we are changing next month. Paid campaigns can sit alongside it.
Do you create the content or do we supply it?
We create it. Nexel is a production company first, so the shoots, edits, motion graphics and copy come from the same team that runs the accounts. If you already have brand assets we will use them, but you are not expected to feed the calendar yourself.
Can you post in Arabic and English?
Yes, and not as translation. Arabic copy is written natively for a Saudi audience and English is written for the audience it actually reaches, because a caption that reads like a machine translated it costs you more credibility than posting nothing.
Do you audit an existing account before starting?
Always. A social media audit tells us what your audience already responds to, where the account is leaking reach and which of your competitors in the Saudi market are worth watching. It takes about a week and shapes the first content calendar.
