Common questions
{09}Do you cover events outside Dammam and Khobar?
Yes. Event photography and videography in Riyadh and Jeddah is routine work for us, and we cross to Bahrain for regional clients. Travel and accommodation are quoted openly as a line item, and for multi-city campaigns we keep the same crew on every leg so the footage cuts together.
Is your drone team licensed to film in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Aerial videography in Saudi Arabia needs permits, and our drone operators are licensed and experienced at securing the approvals before the shoot date — including around venues, industrial sites and construction projects where clearance takes longer than clients expect.
What does a corporate video production cost?
It depends on crew size, shoot days, locations and how much post-production the film needs — a single-camera interview piece and a multi-day brand film with motion graphics are different orders of magnitude. We quote per project against a written scope, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Can you handle live streaming for a conference?
Yes. We run multi-camera live streaming for conferences, product launches and training workshops, including the switching, audio, encoding and the platform feeds. The same crew usually captures the recap film and stills, so you leave the venue with the stream, the edit and the photography from one supplier.
Can you film inside Aramco, SABIC and other industrial sites?
Yes, and it is routine work from the Eastern Province. Industrial and energy sites require security clearance for every crew member, a work permit for the shoot, an HSE briefing, PPE and usually an escort — so the paperwork starts weeks before the camera does. Our crews are safety-briefed, carry their own PPE, and plan shots around plant operations rather than asking a plant to pause for a shot.
What does the drone permit process involve?
Two approvals, not one: authorisation from the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) for the flight, and permission from the site, venue or municipality for the location. Airports, government facilities and industrial zones carry restrictions that lengthen the lead time, so drone days are planned and filed early. We handle the filing; you receive the footage.
What does a corporate video timeline look like?
Brief and treatment in the first week; pre-production — script, locations, permits, casting — in the second; one to three shoot days; then two to three weeks of edit, motion graphics, colour and sound with two revision rounds built in. A launch film with a fixed date is scheduled backwards from that date, with the permit lead time as the first entry on the plan.
Do you produce bilingual Arabic and English films?
Yes. Scripts written in each language rather than translated, Arabic and English voice-over, burned-in or separate subtitles, and motion graphics built to read correctly right-to-left. Most corporate films we deliver in Saudi Arabia ship in both languages from the same edit.
What crew and equipment do you bring to a shoot?
Cinema cameras, stabilised and gimbal rigs, licensed drones, lighting and grip, location sound, and multi-camera live switching for streamed events; a studio and edit and colour suites in house. Crew size follows the scope — a single-operator interview day and a multi-camera conference with a director, sound recordist and drone pilot are quoted as different crews, listed by role on the proposal.
